Helping people makes us happy!

We could try and impress you with fancy jargon but it does not need to be any more complicated than an inner desire to help. The feedback we get from enlightening and helping people makes what we do worthwhile.

Informal – Most companies who operate in the financial sector are conservative in their approach. We are different. We are colourful and informal. It is likely you will have many mortgage requirements during your lifetime and we want to be your mortgage partner. A company you want to engage with over a company you have to engage with.

Technology – We use smart technology across sales, marketing and to help find the right mortgage for you. Indeed we are helping to drive innovation to make the mortgage application process quicker and easier. We use technology to automate the mundane but what we don’t do is rely on technology to replace human interaction.

Giving back – we need to be commercially successful to continue to exist. But we want our legacy to be how many people we helped along the way. Outside of helping people to raise finance to buy property we recognise strength in community. Which is why we support local businesses where possible, give young adults a chance through apprenticeships and support community initiatives to help those who need our help most.
